The Abu Dhabi Natural History Group gives two awards each year. Nominations for both Awards can be made by members of any of the UAE's three natural history groups, in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ain. Nominees, however, need not be members of any of the Groups, although serving officers of the Abu Dhabi ENHG (Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary) are not eligible.
The winners are selected by the Committee of the Abu Dhabi ENHG early each year. The winners are usually announced at the Inter Emirates Weekend (IEW).
Nominations may be sent by post to The Chairman, ENHG, PO Box 45553, Abu Dhabi, by 15th December each year.
